Benjamin J. Butler, Esq. joined the firm in 1998. Benjamin focuses on taxation, estate planning and estate administration. His primary field of expertise is estate administration.

Estate administration can range from very simple to quite complex. Ben’s experience enables him to explain very complex issues in a way that anyone can understand. Ben has also cultivated numerous resources and contacts to make the process easier (realtors, junk removal, auctioneers, etc.). Having a loved one pass away can be a stressful time. Ben’s goal is always to make the estate administration as painless as possible so you can grieve your loved ones without unnecessary distractions.

Living in Central Pennsylvania his entire life, Ben primarily opens estates in Dauphin and Cumberland County. However, he handles estate administration in any other county in Pennsylvania as well.

Ben is a 1995 Beta Gamma Sigma and graduate with Distinction from the Pennsylvania State University; and a 1998 Cum Laude, Order of the Coif graduate of Villanova University School of Law.

Ben and his wife Suzanne reside in Mechanicsburg and are parents to three amazing children and two very spoiled Havanese dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching and watching his daughters play soccer.
