Jana Butler Toole, Esq. joined the firm in 1998. Jana focuses her practice on corporate and business transactions, general civil litigation, collection and landlord/tenant law.

Jana is a 1992 Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University; and a 1997 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
